Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Virascope. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Virascope, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to all subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). Your first payment is fully refundable within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us:

  • Email: support@virascope.com
  • Include the email address associated with your account
  • Include your license key (if available)

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

3. After the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day guarantee period:

  • Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
  • Yearly plans: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current annual period. Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within the first 30 days.
  • Lifetime plans: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period, as they grant permanent access to the software.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.

When you cancel:

  • Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data and saved results remain on your local device

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us โ€” please reach out before disputing with your bank
