These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Virascope desktop application and related services provided by Virascope ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Virascope application on one (1) device per license key
  • Use the application for personal or commercial research purposes

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to others
  • Use the software to harass, spam, or violate the rights of others
  • Use the software in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any license verification mechanisms
  • Use automated tools to generate, test, or brute-force license keys

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Pricing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in USD.

3.2 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

4. License Key & Device Binding

Each license key is bound to a single hardware device (via Hardware ID). If you need to transfer your license to a new device, contact our support team. Frequent device changes may trigger security reviews.

Virascope uses the YouTube Data API v3. You are responsible for:

All scan results, saved videos, and channel data remain on your local device. We do not access or collect this data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • YouTube data will be accurate or complete
  • Revenue estimates will reflect actual earnings
  • The software will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Virascope be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license key will be revoked
  • You must uninstall the software
  • No refund will be provided for violations

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
